Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed on urbanerlab.com. For purchases on Amazon, the delivery options, charges, and terms shown on Amazon apply.

Shipping destinations and rates

URBANER ships to most addresses supported at checkout. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are calculated after you enter the destination address. If a destination or service is not available, checkout will not offer that option.

Free U.S. Economy shipping — no minimum order

Every product qualifies for free Economy shipping to supported U.S. addresses, with no minimum purchase. Select Economy at checkout. Available services and delivery estimates are confirmed for your address at checkout.

• Economy: free, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.
• Standard: estimated 3–4 business days. Rates are $6.90 for the 0–1 lb weight band and $9.90 for the 1–5 lb band.

Faster Standard shipping is optional and remains a paid service. Rates are in USD; the applicable weight band, shipping option, and any taxes are shown at checkout. Free Economy shipping applies to U.S. destinations and does not include international delivery.

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an item is unavailable or additional verification is required, we will contact you using the email address on the order.

Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, and other events outside URBANER’s control may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may require additional time to display the first scan.

Address changes

Contact support@urbanerlab.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.

International orders

International delivery may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Delayed, missing, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@urbanerlab.com with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the shipment and help determine the next step with the carrier.
