Refund policy

30-day unconditional return policy

All URBANER products purchased through urbanerlab.com may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@urbanerlab.com with your order number. Please wait for URBANER return instructions and the confirmed return address before sending the product back.

Refunds

After we receive the returned product, we will notify you and issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@urbanerlab.com.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@urbanerlab.com with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We will provide the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund solution.

Amazon purchases

For products purchased on Amazon, start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account. For URBANER warranty support, contact support@urbanerlab.com with your Amazon order number and product model.

1-year free repair warranty

All URBANER products include a one-year free repair warranty. The warranty covers repair service for product faults under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair. To request warranty service, email support@urbanerlab.com with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
